Taylor has dedicated her life to empowering individuals to achieve their goals and realize their full potential. Her journey began in high school as an Environmental and Spatial Technology (EAST) student, where she immersed herself in community outreach and mentoring. This passion continued at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, where she excelled as an EAST Scholar and obtained degrees in Criminal Justice and Law Enforcement.

Driven by a profound desire to serve, Taylor found her calling at the Arkansas State Police, specializing in crimes against children. As an investigator, she became a steadfast advocate, ensuring that the voices of vulnerable children were heard. Her commitment to child advocacy expanded during her tenure at the Cooper Anthony Mercy Child Advocacy Center nonprofit, where she spearheaded the growth of both children and adult prevention education programs across multiple counties in Arkansas.

At The Dotted i, Taylor thrives on supporting diverse groups in achieving their missions. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and her ability to empower others, Taylor's work reflects her lifelong dedication to service. Beyond her professional endeavors, she finds rejuvenation in the natural beauty of Arkansas, exploring its state parks and national forests with her husband and son. An avid fitness enthusiast and group fitness instructor, Taylor also gets joy from helping others improve their self-confidence and well-being through physical activity. She also actively volunteers her time and talents with local nonprofits, further exemplifying her commitment to community service.
